I am a psychologist, licensed to practise in Greece, and a certified psychotherapist (ECP, MBACP).
I currently work in private practice, in the United Kingdom, providing online counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
I have many years of experience working in Greece, France, and the UK, in private practice as well as in collaboration with organisations, universities, and mental health services.
Work experience
(2021 – present) I have been working in private practice in the United Kingdom, providing online counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
(2022 – 2025) I collaborated with First Steps ED, providing counselling to individuals experiencing eating difficulties and eating disorders.
(2021 – 2022) I worked with UMO Mentoring, providing psychological support to students at the University of Manchester (Mental Health Mentoring).
(2010 – 2020) I worked in private practice in Greece, providing counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
(2019 – 2020) I taught postgraduate students on the MSc in Clinical and Community Psychology at the Metropolitan College of Athens, delivering the module Systemic Family Psychotherapy.
(2017 – 2020) I was a member of the collaborating network of Attachment Parenting Hellas, providing individual and group counselling to parents, as well as delivering seminars on parenting-related topics.
(2011 – 2015) I collaborated with the Youth and Lifelong Learning Foundation (INEDIVIM) of the Greek Ministry of Education, coordinating counselling groups for parents, adults, and older adults within the framework of the Schools for Parents and Lifelong Learning Centres (KDBM).
(2013 – 2014) I worked with APOSTOLI, the NGO of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens, providing psychosocial support to individuals from vulnerable social groups.
(2010 – 2012) I taught psychology to students at private vocational training institutes (IEK DELTA, Domi, and Sivitanidios School).
I have also volunteered with Doctors of the World.
Education and training
I completed my undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Psychology in Strasbourg (Université Louis Pasteur – Strasbourg I), and specialised in systemic psychotherapy at the Laboratory for the Study of Human Relations.
As a trainee psychologist, I worked at the Oncology Clinic of the University Hospital of Strasbourg, at Brumath Psychiatric Hospital, and at the Centre for Systemic Research and Studies on Organisational and Family Communication (RESCIF).
